Our Latest Edition

The Cajun Belle is fast becoming my favorite pepper. They are small and when red and ripe are sweeter than a red bell pepper, but with a little bit of heat. Not as hot as a jalapeƱo, but with more bite than you would expect from a sweet pepper, to me they are the perfect combination. So when I saw this at Lowe's the other day I had to go back for her. She already had 4 to 5 big peppers and lots of blossoms, so I am excited. Look for her in upcoming episodes of the Todryk Garden Report.
